MAIN GOAL
To ensure exceptional technical support and high-quality training on safety products, both internally and externally, by leveraging strong communication skills, innovative thinking, and a collaborative approach. The Technical Engineer and Trainer will play a key role in simplifying complex technical concepts for practical application, ultimately enhancing customer knowledge and product effectiveness. This position reports to the Area Sales Manager in UAE.
DUTIES – MISSIONS
Technical Engineer:
Provide product-specific technical support to internal and external team members
Stay updated on new product features, industry standards, and safety regulations
Assist in product-related technical questions, tenders and issues
Create and update technical and training materials, manuals, guides, and presentations
Trainer
Organize hands-on demonstrations and practical workshops, both on-site and virtually
Deliver basic training programs to customers
Conduct technical training session for clients, partners, and internal team
Gather feedback post-training and implement improvements
Compliance & Safety
Ensure all training sessions are aligned with local and international safety regulations
Ensure all materials comply with industry safety standards and company policies
Promote best practices in the use and maintenance of safety equipment
Be Ambassador of the company at all times
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED8,000.00 – AED10,000.00 per month
