Lead a Team to Success We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Leader to lead a team of Business Development Managers in the Middle East.

About the Role This role will involve leading a team from our LNLP Dubai office with territories across the Middle East, reporting to the Business Development Director.
Key Responsibilities
Team Management:
Recruit, hire, and train a high-performing sales team.
Sales Goals:
Set targets, compare performance, and adjust goals as needed.
Process Improvement
:
Assess current team processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement changes.
New Business Acquisition:
Drive new business growth and market penetration for the International Sales department.
Collaboration:
Work with Marketing, Customer Success, and Account Management teams to generate new sales opportunities.
Requirements Computer
Skills:
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and CRM Systems.
Communication
:
Excellent
communication
and negotiation skills.
Presentation:
Strong presentation skills.
Performance:

Experience:
High volume subscription sales experience.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree required.
Direct Sales:
