Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Sales Support role based in Dubai, UAE. The Sales Support specialist will assist sales teams with operational and administrative tasks. Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, ensuring a seamless customer service experience, and supporting sales operations. The role also involves collaborating with teams to optimize sales processes and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Follow-Ups based on inputs received from Sales Team
- Support in generating white papers, proposals, Purchase Orders etc
- Understand Billing cycle and ensure timely billing and payment receipts
- Escalate issues and client clarifications to sales team and ensure prompt and proper response is provided
- Ensure good relationship with key connects at client / prospect place
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to support data interpretation and improve sales strategies
- Proficiency in Customer Service and a focus on achieving high levels of Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent Communication skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams
- Experience in Sales Operations, including familiarity with CRM tools and sales support processes
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Available to travel at short notice also
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
