We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our team in Oman. This role is critical in assisting the sales team with administrative and operational tasks to enhance client satisfaction and drive business growth. From package utilization to payment collections, all client support will be part of the role.

In this role, you will:

Assist the sales team in setting up client meetings and maintaining schedules

Support account management by ensuring accurate client data is tracked and communicated

Look for potential upgrade opportunities available with our current client pool

Guide clients in package utilization to maximize their experience with Dubizzle

Conduct client training sessions to ensure effective use of our products and services

Manage and organize sales leads, ensuring timely follow-up and documentation

Provide regular reports and updates to the sales team on performance metrics

Maintain strong communication with clients to address inquiries and resolve issues

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree is preferred

Minimum 1-2+  years of experience is required

Prior experience in a sales support, training, or administrative role is a plus

Strong command on Microsoft Excel

Understands sales lifecycle & account management

Excel and Powerpoint proficiency is a must

Strong negotiation and organizational skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools

Organized, structured, excellent negotiator, honest, integrity-driven
