One of our clients, a well-established leader in the logistics industry, is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support & Collections Specialist to join their team in Riyadh.
Requirements
✅ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
✅ 4–6 years of experience in Sales Support, Collections, Customer Service, or a related field
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Follow up on customer requests and pending orders to ensure excellent customer service.
🔹 Request and monitor cash and credit collections from customers.
🔹 Support the sales team by preparing quotations and commercial documents.
🔹 Generate reports and documentation required by the Collection & Sales Support Manager.
🔹 Provide the sales team with data reports, sales insights, and supporting materials.
🔹 Prepare sales service offerings and marketing materials to promote the company's logistics solutions.
🔹 Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth coordination between commercial and finance teams.
