Job Responsibilities:
Managing the marketing and sales event international locations
Coordinate with vendors and agencies to arrange the domestic and international events and road shows
Preparing and managing PO and PR for vendor payments
Coordination with marketing and finance departments to release the payments on time
Managing Annual awards, quarterly incentive offers calculations and related payouts
Managing the marketing and events EDMs and communications to all the stakeholders.
Managing master event Calander, scheduling meetings, and co-ordination with different stakeholders
Maintaining and monitoring weekly schedule of broker management team
Organize and provide reports and information daily / weekly / monthly
New Broker Registrations, Agreement Renewals
Making travel arrangements for internal and external staff
Maintaining Broker Portal information up to date
Job Requirements:
Candidate with DL license and car
Any experience or knowledge of CRM tools like Salesforce, Zoho, Freshworks ,etc
Ability to create reports in XL & presentations to management
Capability to handle teams if required
Excel VLOOKUP
Willing to join immediately
