Sales Supervisor (Retail) Jobs in Doha at Today’s Fashion
We are looking for a highly experienced and result-oriented Sales Supervisor to lead our retail showroom team. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, a proven track record in retail sales, and previous experience in Qatar. Fluency in English is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the showroom sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor daily sales performance and prepare sales reports.
- Motivate, train, and coach sales associates to improve productivity and customer service.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Manage staff schedules, attendance, and daily operations.
- Monitor cashier operations, cash handling, and daily closing procedures.
- Maintain showroom presentation, merchandising, and cleanliness.
- Coordinate with management regarding stock availability and inventory control.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
- Drive team performance through effective leadership and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in retail sales, with at least 3–5 years in a Sales Supervisor or similar leadership role.
- Previous Qatar retail experience is mandatory.
- Fluency in English is mandatory. Arabic language skills will be a strong advantage but are not mandatory.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Experience in achieving sales targets, managing KPIs, and supervising retail operations.
- Knowledge of POS systems, cashier operations, cash reconciliation, and inventory management.
- Ability to work under pressure and lead a team effectively.
- Experience in the fashion or garment retail industry is preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
