What You Will Do
Sales & Customer Service
- Support the team in achieving sales targets and delivering good customer service
- Assist customers on the shop floor and step in when needed
- Lead by example in selling and customer interaction
Floor Management
- Ensure the shop floor is always covered, especially during busy periods
- Guide and support the team to maintain good performance throughout the day
Operations
- Support store opening and closing procedures
- Handle cash, POS transactions, and daily store activities accurately
- Manage stock movements including receiving, transfers, and damages
- Follow all store procedures and loss prevention guidelines
Team Support
- Support training and development of team members
- Communicate daily targets, tasks, and updates clearly
- Assist the Store Manager with basic reporting and store follow-ups
Store Standards
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual standards
- Ensure the store is always presentable and ready for customers
