Overview
The Sales Supervisor is responsible for leading and developing a team of Sales
Representatives to achieve sales, revenue, equipment utilization, and profitability
targets across the channel. The role ensures excellent customer service, effective
execution, optimal utilization of dispensing equipment, and strong customer
relationships while driving sustainable growth within Quick Service Restaurants (QSRs),
Restaurants, Cafés, Entertainment Venues, and other fountain beverage customers.
The Sales Supervisor is accountable for executing the channel strategy, expanding the
customer base, maximizing beverage consumption, and ensuring world-class
operational execution across the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Performance
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales volume, revenue, and gross profit
targets.
Deliver annual Business Plan objectives within the assigned territory.
Monitor daily sales performance and implement corrective actions where
required.
Drive profitable growth by increasing beverage consumption and customer
penetration.
Identify new business opportunities and secure new Post-Mix customers.
2. Team Leadership
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Post-Mix Sales Representatives.
Conduct regular field coaching and joint customer visits.
Set clear performance objectives and monitor KPIs.
Conduct regular performance reviews and identify development opportunities.
Promote a high-performance, customer-focused culture.
3. Customer Management
Building long-term customer partnerships.
Supporting commercial negotiations and contract implementation.
Conducting regular business reviews.
Resolving customer issues promptly.
Identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts.
Ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
4. Equipment & Asset Management
Maximize utilization and productivity of Post-Mix dispensing equipment.
Monitor installation quality and commissioning of new equipment.
Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed.
Coordinate with Technical Services for equipment repairs and servicing.
Recommend equipment relocations based on business performance.
Protect company assets and minimize equipment downtime and losses.
