About the Role:
To deliver the company’s growth objectives by optimizing sales & distribution of all Almarai Bakery products in the designated area by strictly adhering to company operational policies & procedures and maintaining high sales and merchandising standards through strong leadership of a team of salesmen.
Requirements:
The potential candidate must meet the following requirements:
Hold a bachelor’s degree.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in frozen meat sales.
At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a van sales environment or similar leadership role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Knowledge of sales operations within a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) environment.
Valid driver’s license.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to lead and collaborate effectively within a team.
Skilled negotiator.
Ability to motivate and inspire others.
