Position: Sales Supervisor – Candy Store for Kids & Families
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and creative Sales Supervisor with a strong background in managing retail stores specializing in candy, sweets, and family-oriented products
. This role requires someone who can create a fun, engaging atmosphere for children and families while driving sales and maintaining exceptional service standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales team to create a welcoming environment for families and children.
- Train staff on product knowledge, allergen awareness, and safe handling practices.
- Plan and execute seasonal displays, promotions, and interactive in-store events to attract families.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, product presentation, and stock availability.
- Monitor daily sales performance and support the team in achieving targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and care.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Sales Supervisor or Store Manager in candy stores, confectionery shops, or family retail environments
. - Valid UAE or GCC driving license (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of candy products, packaging, and seasonal trends
. - Proven ability to train and manage a team in a fun, fast-paced environment.
- Experience in organizing interactive events and family promotions.
- High school diploma required;
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
