Coffee Preparation & Service
Assist in preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea beverages.
Learn proper brewing techniques and latte art under senior baristas’ guidance.
Ensure drinks are made to company standards and served in a timely manner.
2. Customer Service
Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately.
Provide information about menu items and assist customers in making selections.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints professionally.
3. Café Operations & Maintenance
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation, coffee machines, and utensils.
Restock coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies as needed.
Follow hygiene and safety regulations in food handling and preparation.
4. Cash Handling & Point of Sale (POS) Operations
Assist with processing payments and handling cash or card transactions.
Maintain accuracy in billing and provide receipts to customers.
5. Training & Development
Participate in barista training sessions to improve coffee-making techniques.
Learn about different coffee beans, brewing methods, and customer service best practices.
