Job Title : Sales Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Monitor daily activities of sales representatives and provide guidance and support.
- Prepare regular sales performance reports and submit them to management.
- Develop and implement field sales strategies to increase market share.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Train and onboard new sales team members.
- Conduct regular visits to clients to maintain and strengthen relationships.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, and suggest improvements.
- Ensure team compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with the marketing and pricing teams to execute promotional plans.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or Marketing.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor or in a similar role.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the food industry (FMCG).
- Experience in leading sales teams.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
