We are looking for an experienced Sales Supervisor to support the Sales Manager and ensure the effective execution of sales plans in the market.
The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for following up on the daily activities of the sales team, ensuring proper market execution, and reporting performance and field updates directly to the Sales Manager.
Execute the Sales Manager’s plans and ensure proper implementation in the market.
Supervise the daily activities, visits, and field tasks of the sales representatives.
Monitor sales target achievement and submit performance reports to the Sales Manager.
Ensure the sales team follows the approved journey plans and market coverage schedules.
Follow up on new customer acquisition and the development of existing accounts according to the Sales Manager’s plan.
Follow up on due collections in coordination with the sales representatives and Finance Department.
Ensure proper execution of approved promotions, pricing, and sales policies.
Coordinate with the Merchandising team to ensure product availability and proper in-store execution.
Handle daily operational issues and escalate important matters to the Sales Manager.
Provide daily and weekly reports on market activity, team performance, customers, and competitors.
Minimum 4 years of FMCG sales experience, including experience in supervising or following up on sales teams.
Proven experience in the Saudi market and Modern Trade channel.
Experience in Premium Snacks and Branded FMCG Products is preferred.
Strong ability in daily follow-up, field execution, and reporting.
Good communication, organization, and operational problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of Excel and basic sales reporting.
Valid driving license and willingness to work in the field.
- The candidate must be highly execution-focused and capable of implementing the Sales Manager’s plans and closely following up with the team. This is an operational supervision role, not an independent sales management position.
