Responsibilities
Prepare sales strategy and oversee the implementation to match the center objectives.
Led strategic initiatives that supported and promoted NBCC product and services to achieve annual revenue growth targeted.
Participate with a cross-functional team to conduct market research to improve the growth of market share.
Build and maintain relationship with all stakeholders in the market.
Oversee sales team, Sales pipeline & opportunity/tender management through various channels and referral contracts with our partners.
Set financial targets and budgets and prepare reports for higher management.
Designed strategy to win new business and maximize selling opportunities among existing clients, achieving lucrative results
Develop effective pricing strategies that are competitive within the market while ensuring profitability. Lead and support the team in negotiating contracts and agreements with clients.
Regularly report on sales activities, progress against targets, and market insights to senior management. Ensure effective communication within the sales team and with other departments.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Requirements
Experience in sales strategy development, business development, and client relationship management.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Ability to work on-site in Riyadh.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field, medical field background is preferable.
Experience in the events and conferences industry is a plus.
