Are you an assertive and results-driven individual with a knack for negotiating and resolving financial matters? We are seeking a Debt Collector to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing overdue accounts and negotiating payment arrangements with debtors to ensure timely recovery of outstanding debts.
Responsibilities:
Contacting debtors via phone, email, and mail to negotiate payment plans and resolve outstanding balances.
Monitoring accounts to identify overdue payments and take appropriate actions to recover debts.
Updating account information and maintaining accurate records of collection efforts.
Communicating effectively with debtors to establish payment schedules and provide guidance on financial management.
Requirements:
Proven experience in debt collection or a related field.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Proficiency in computer systems.
