Job Title: Sales Specialist (Outsourcing & Manpower)
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Specialist with proven experience in outsourcing and manpower services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and promoting staffing solutions in the Saudi market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in outsourcing and manpower services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Promote staffing and workforce solutions to potential clients
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable manpower solutions
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams for service delivery
- Achieve assigned sales targets
Requirements:
- Proven experience in outsourcing and manpower sales
- Strong knowledge of staffing/recruitment processes
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in the Saudi market is preferred
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Preferred:
- Existing client network in Riyadh
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field

Pay: ﷼3,500.00 – ﷼4,000.00 per month
