Position:  Sales Specialist (IT background)

Job Summary
The Information Technology Sales Executive will be a key member of the Sales Department, reporting directly to the General Manager. This role is focused on driving sales growth by promoting and selling the company’sinnovativeservice offerings and products, including AI, IoT, and smart solutions. The Sales Executive will utilize their extensiveprofessional network,industry expertise, andcustomer relationshipmanagement skills to achieve exceptionalsales performancewhile contributing to the overall success and growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development:

Serve as customers’ primary point of contact, fostering strong relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities through yourprofessional networkand connections.

Useindustry expertiseto effectively communicate the value of the company’s solutions to potential customers.

Sales Strategy and Implementation:

Develop and execute sales strategies incollaborationwith the General Manager and internal teams.

Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals, quotes, and presentations tailored to client needs.

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthlysales targets.

Product Knowledge and Custom Solutions:

Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s offerings in AI, IoT, and smart solutions across various sectors, including retail, logistics, industrial, healthcare, security, agriculture, energy, andeducation.

Work closely with technical and pre-sales teams to design customized solutions based on client requirements.

Market Analysis and Industry Trends:

Stay updated on market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings.

Provide feedback to internal teams to enhance product development and customer experience.

Reporting and

Collaboration:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and customer interactions using CRM tools.

Collaborate withcross-functional teams, including technical, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of services and products.

Contribute tostrategic planningsessions with the General Manager to align sales efforts with business goals.

Qualifications and

Experience:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in business management, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience:

5-7 years in sales and business development within the UAE, with a focus on technology solutions.

Strong understanding of AI, IoT, and security systems, including video surveillance and low current/voltage solutions.

Proven track recordof achievingsales targetsand driving revenue growth.

Excellentcommunication skills(written and verbal), preferably bilingual in English and Arabic.

Proficiency in CRM, Microsoft Office, and sales software.

UAE driving license.
