Job Description:
We are seeking an innovative and driven Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist to spearhead our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the UAE real estate market, particularly in Abu Dhabi, and will be adept at developing and managing impactful digital campaigns. This role requires a self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment and can bring fresh ideas to the table.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy Development: Craft and implement effective social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Manage the company’s website and digital platforms, ensuring a seamless and engaging online presence.
Content Creation: Produce compelling content, including graphics, photos, and videos, to promote properties and services. Ensure that all content is aligned with the company’s brand identity and marketing goals.
Campaign Execution: Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and conversion. Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize effectiveness.
Collaboration and Reporting: Partner with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Generate reports to evaluate the success of digital marketing activities and propose improvements.
Adaptability and Initiative: Assist with additional tasks such as photo capturing and video editing as needed. Stay informed about industry trends and integrate best practices into the company’s digital marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of digital marketing experience in the UAE real estate sector, with a focus on Abu Dhabi.
Skills: Proficiency in social media management, content creation, and digital campaign analysis. Strong creative and strategic thinking skills, with an eye for detail and a passion for innovation.
Technical Abilities: Familiarity with website management platforms is a plus, though not required. Knowledge of SEO and SEM practices is advantageous but not mandatory.
Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English is required; Arabic is preferred but not essential.
Personal Attributes: A proactive, self-motivated individual with a collaborative spirit and a strong work ethic. Flexible and adaptable, capable of handling diverse tasks in a dynamic startup environment.
Compensation:
Salary: AED 4,000 – AED 5,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
Incentive: Additional incentives based on individual performance and overall company performance, providing opportunities for increased earnings.

Two photo samples from any real estate project in the UAE, preferably in Abu Dhabi, with accurate project details.
A video edit sample they have created.
A post sample designed for daily social media engagement.
A brief marketing campaign strategy.
These submittals will be reviewed by our management team as part of the selection process. Only candidates who pass the initial phone screening will be asked to submit these materials.
