Rukaz Al-Imran Real Estate Development Company announces the availability of a unique job opportunity for a position titled:
Sales and Marketing Specialist
Work Location: Jeddah – Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
The objective of the position
To contribute to achieving the company’s sales and marketing objectives through marketing real estate projects, attracting clients, building distinguished professional relationships, and providing a professional customer experience that enhances the company’s growth and market share.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Marketing real estate projects and achieving sales objectives.
- Attracting new clients and building a sustainable client base.
- Welcoming clients and evaluating relevant real estate consultations and offers.
- Following up with clients until the completion of sales and contracting procedures.
- Implementing marketing plans and campaigns in coordination with management.
- Preparing pricing proposals and negotiating with clients.
- Updating client data in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Monitoring the market and competitors and proposing opportunities for developing sales.
- Participating in exhibitions and real estate activities as needed.
- Adhering to the company’s policies and procedures and achieving established performance indicators.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
- Experience of no less than two years in the field of sales and marketing, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Good knowledge of the real estate market in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs, and familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is preferred.
