The objective of the position

Achieving sales targets through the acquisition of new clients, building long-term relationships with existing clients, and promoting maintenance and protection services for vehicles, ensuring increased revenue and enhanced customer experience.

Main Responsibilities

  • Welcoming clients, identifying their needs, and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Professionally explaining partnership services and the advantages of each service.
  • Preparing pricing proposals and ensuring compliance with agreements and sales closure.
  • Achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Tracking potential clients and converting them into active clients.
  • Maintaining and continuously updating the client database.
  • Coordinating with the operations team to ensure service delivery according to client expectations.
  • Handling client inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Executing sales activities through exhibitions, phone calls, and social media.
  • Preparing periodic sales reports and submitting them to management.
  • Proposing opportunities for sales development and increasing revenue.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience of at least two years in sales or customer service.
  • Experience in the automotive sector or vehicle maintenance services is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
