Division & Location
This role is part of ABB Motion – IEC Motors (MOIM) division, based in Al-Khobar, Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business opportunities and consistently achieve sales targets across different regions in Saudi Arabia.
- Build and sustain strategic relationships with Saudi Aramco and major EPC/OEM contractors, leveraging proven experience in managing OEM/EPC customers engaged in Aramco projects.
- Understand and manage required NMR documentation and compliance processes related to Saudi Aramco business requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams including engineering, sales support, and operations to ensure timely quotations, order processing, and on-time deliveries.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline, deliver reliable forecasts, and provide regular performance reports to management.
- Identify market trends, competitive intelligence, and customer needs to proactively position ABB’s IEC Low Voltage Motors portfolio.
- Represent ABB at customer meetings, industry events, and exhibitions to strengthen brand presence and customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing within the electromechanical or industrial automation sector, preferably in LV/MV motors or drives.
- Preferably, a demonstrated experience in handling OEM and EPC customers engaged in Aramco projects.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is mandatory.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce (SFDC).
- Ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural environment with diverse teams across different countries and cultures.
