Sales Specialist Responsibilities
Job Purpose Merchandising team leader is responsible for comparing sales data for products they handle and making recommendations to management regarding possible solutions if sales are low. This may involve modifying displays, moving products to different locations within the store, and managing the Merchandisers team performance.
- Monitors call on specific out-of-town outlets as per daily journey plan provided by supervisor.
- Merchandizes SSFL products within outlets in the various access points, shelf, stand, floor display.
- Maintains Place POS material wherever applicable next to SSFL displays.
- Ensures all access points are merchandized as per approved planograms.
- Rotates product using FIFO method, and removes sub-standard products.
- Maintains clean and fresh stock of SSF products on the shelf at all times.
- Monitors and reports competitive activities.
- Reports deviations from agreed terms with assigned customers/outlets.
- Participates in sampling/redemption campaigns when required.
- Maintains appropriate personal appearance and professional behavior in line with code of conduct.
- Execute standard.
- Meet journey plan adherence.

- Management experience of direct sales team.
- Service-level oriented.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
