Key Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and business development.
• Proven experience in construction, contracting, landscaping, interior design, or engineering projects.
• Strong ability to identify opportunities and build long-term client relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Good understanding of project execution processes and technical requirements.
• Ability to prepare proposals, follow up on tenders, and coordinate with internal teams.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
Responsibilities:
• Generate new business opportunities and expand the client network.
• Promote the company's services and solutions to prospective clients.
• Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to contract award.
• Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure client requirements are met.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
