Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Specialist to promote and sell specialty coffee beans. The ideal candidate has a passion for coffee, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of specialty coffee varieties and quality standards. This role involves identifying customer needs, building long-term relationships, and ensuring complete customer satisfaction
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell a range of specialty coffee beans to individual and business clients.
Educate customers about different coffee origins, roast levels, flavor profiles, and brewing methods.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to market growth.
Handle orders, invoicing, and delivery coordination.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and product knowledge.
Provide feedback to the roasting team regarding customer preferences and demand.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, preferably in the food & beverage or specialty coffee industry.
Strong interest in specialty coffee and willingness to learn.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
