Key Responsibilities:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to confidently engage clients and close sales
- Drive sales growth and generate new business opportunities within the fit-out and interior design industry
- Strong client relationship management and business development skills
- Previous experience in fit-out, interior design, or related sales roles will be highly preferred
- Good understanding of interior fit-out projects, materials, space planning, and client requirements
- Ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of fit-out works, interior design concepts, materials, and project coordination processes
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while converting leads into successful projects and sales
- Handle interior design and fit-out sales projects from initial inquiry to project completion
- Prepare professional proposals, quotations, presentations, and conduct client meetings
- Coordinate with internal teams, designers, and project staff to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets through proactive business development efforts
