Sales & Reservation Representative ( Arabic Female) Jobs in Dubai at abdulla harib group
- Inquiry & Booking Management:
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms for restaurant bookings and catering events.
- Confirm and reconfirm reservations accurately, ensuring all guest preferences and special requests (like dietary needs or VIP arrangements) are noted in the system.
- Identify and convert sales leads into contracted business quickly.
- Event Coordination & Planning:
- Prepare detailed offers and contracts for group bookings and special events.
- Liaise with various departments, including the kitchen (for menus), restaurant managers, and housekeeping, to ensure seamless execution on the day of the event.
- Coordinate seating arrangements and table allocations to maximize restaurant occupancy.
- Sales & Revenue Optimization:
- Promote special offers, promotions, and packages to maximize revenue.
- Use up-selling techniques to recommend higher room categories or premium dining options.
- Provide expert advice on menu selections and beverage choices based on client budgets and requirements.
- Administrative & Financial Duties:
- Maintain accurate records in reservation systems
- Handle pre-payments, deposits, and billing setups for large events.
- Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, or monthly reservation reports for management.
Key Skills Required
- Communication: Professional telephone etiquette and the ability to correspond clearly via email.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with property management systems (PMS) and restaurant booking software.
- Organization: Strong multitasking skills to manage high-volume bookings in fast-paced environments.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve booking conflicts or guest complaints professionally and promptly.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to AED5,500.00 per month
