Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients, ensuring excellent customer service.
Provide tailored property recommendations based on client needs and preferences.
Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, guiding them through the home buying or selling process.
Resolve client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and property management teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Stay up-to-date on market trends, available properties, and investment opportunities.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or real estate is preferred, but not required.
Problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
Ability to manage multiple client interactions while maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
