Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Al Ain.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, meeting clients, understanding their requirements, and promoting our IT, Smart Home, CCTV, Wi-Fi & Networking solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
- Visit potential clients, villas, contracting companies, consultants, and project owners.
- Present and explain the company’s products and technical solutions.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with clients until the deal is closed.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Follow up on leads, projects, quotations, and pending payments when required.
- Coordinate with the technical/project team to understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Sales, preferably in IT, Smart Home, CCTV, Networking, ELV, or related technical fields.
- Experience dealing with contracting companies, consultants, villa owners, or project managers is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good knowledge of the UAE market and ability to develop new business relationships.
- Ability to visit clients and project sites.
- A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
- Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic technical understanding of Smart Home, CCTV, Wi-Fi, Networking, or IT solutions is an advantage.
