Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and self-driven Sales Representative with a minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in IT and IT services sales. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, results-driven, and ready to drive new business opportunities. This position is commission-based with a flexible salary structure, planning for a base salary of approximately AED 4,000 per month, plus uncapped commission potential.
Key Responsibilities:
New Business Development: Identify, prospect, and secure new clients in the IT & IT services sector.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers.
Sales Presentations: Clearly articulate the value of our IT solutions and services to prospective clients through effective presentations and product demonstrations.
Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and lasting partnerships.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and technical teams to craft proposals that meet client needs.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
CRM Management: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities using our CRM system.
Market Feedback: Provide regular feedback and insights on customer needs and competitive activities to inform strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
Experience: A minimum of 3 years’ experience in IT and IT services sales.
Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
Skills:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong negotiation and closing abilities
Ability to understand and clearly explain technical IT solutions
Tools: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Structure: Commission-based with a flexible structure, planning for a base salary of approximately AED 4,000/- per month.
