* Calendar Management:
* Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
* Manage complex calendars, including conflicting priorities and last-minute changes.
* Communication:
* Handle all incoming and outgoing communication, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
* Draft and prepare presentations, reports, and other documents as needed.
* Travel Arrangements:
* Book and manage all travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation.
* Prepare travel itineraries and ensure all necessary travel documents are in order.
