Key Responsibilities
& Accountabilities:
Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers. Â Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis for customers to provide tailored solutions. Â Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters. Â Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Â Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction. Â Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives. Â
Achieve agreed-upon
sales targets
and outcomes within scheduled timelines. Â Provide regular updates on progress of monthly/quarterly sales initiatives to Sales Manager and Management team. Â Develop new business with existing clients and identify opportunities to meet
sales targets
. Â Help forecast and track key account metrics. Â Maintain an updated client database. Â Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow sales opportunities. Â
Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments. Â Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, and potential opportunities for new products/services. Â Prepare and follow up on a weekly plan of meetings with clients. Â Manage supplier visits and ensure they are properly entertained. Â Organize monthly warehouse visits for VIP clients. Â Arrange quarterly outing events with the customer service and logistics teams. Â
Participate in relevant training sessions to enhance sales skills and
product knowledge
.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Sales Representative. Â Excellent knowledge of MS Office. Â Familiarity with BRM (Business Relationship Management) and CRM practices, with the ability to build productive business relationships. Â Highly motivated and target-driven with a
proven track record
in sales. Â Excellent selling,
communication
, and negotiation skills. Â Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills. Â Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs. Â
Strong relationship management skills with a willingness to accept feedback and grow.
