Office Location – Saheel Tower 2, Al Qusais, Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparing Mechanical Services Drawing.
Drafting drawing independently.
Preparing As built drawing as per site condition.
Preparing Air Outlet Selection as per Standard.
Working with tendering department for preparing quantity.
Making accessories quantity.
Preparing MEP Coordination Drawing.
Preparing RCP layout.
Prepare cutout, sleeves, builders work Drawing.
Drafting and designing of MEP layout.
Pipe designing by using different kinds of software’s.
Designing & drafting MEP drawing independently.
Preparing shop drawing for MEP as per tender drawing.
Preparing As built drawing as per site condition.
Builder work drawing for site.
Preparing 2Ds drawings on the AutoCAD.
Sections, and As Build Drawings.
Ensure all drawings comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
Requirements:
Proven 2 Years of UAE experience as an MEP Draftsman, preferably in an Construction environment.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction codes.
Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings.
Diploma or degree in Engineering or Architecture is required.
