We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Sales Representative with a proven background in digital printing, branding, signage, or advertising to join our growing team.
Job Summary
The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing long-term client relationships, and promoting the full range of products and services offered by 4M Creative House. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated sales professional who understands the UAE printing and branding market and has a passion for delivering creative business solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new B2B and B2C business opportunities throughout the UAE.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, social selling, and client meetings.
- Promote the complete portfolio of products and services offered by 4M Creative House.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable creative and production solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Coordinate with the design, production, and marketing teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Follow up on quotations and convert opportunities into confirmed orders.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and submit weekly sales reports.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new printing technologies.
- Deliver excellent after-sales service to maximize customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of UAE sales experience in digital printing, signage, branding, advertising, packaging, or promotional products.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of printing materials, production processes, branding, and customized promotional products.
- Existing network of corporate clients in the UAE is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to identify customer needs and provide creative business solutions.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid UAE driving licence is preferred.
- Fluency in English is mandatory. Arabic is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline.
- Experience selling creative production, branding, advertising, or printing solutions.
- Strong understanding of the UAE corporate market.
