Sales Representative– B2B Outdoor Sales (Fasteners Wholesale) Jobs in Abu Dhabi at Roxon Fasteners LLC

Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning to final delivery and handover.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with design specifications and regulatory requirements.
Lead and mentor a team of engineers, site supervisors, contractors, and subcontractors.
Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, address challenges, and ensure alignment with project goals.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and other stakeholders.
Provide regular updates on project progress, including financial and technical reports.
Manage client expectations and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
Monitor expenses, approve invoices, and control costs to avoid budget overruns.
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or safety.
Ensure all construction activities comply with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards.
Address and resolve any quality-related issues promptly.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
Prepare and submit progress reports, financial statements, and other required documentation.
Ensure all project records are organized and accessible.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil construction project management, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects.
Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional), or other relevant credentials are highly desirable.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and AutoCAD.
Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge: In-depth understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
