Title: Sales Representative (B2B/B2G – HORECA)

Job Purpose:

Develop and manage sales opportunities within government, institutional, and corporate – HORECA sectors to achieve revenue growth, secure long-term contracts, and strengthen customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify new business opportunities; manage key accounts; prepare and follow up quotations, tenders, and contracts; achieve sales and collection targets; coordinate with internal departments; monitor market trends and competitors; maintain CRM/ERP records; comply with company policies and DoA.

KPIs:

Sales Revenue Achievement, Gross Margin Achievement, Collection Performance, New Customer Acquisition, Tender Success Rate, Customer Retention Rate, Sales Forecast Accuracy.

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.

Experience:

3-5 years of experience in Institutional Sales, Government Sales, B2B, B2G or HORECA – Away from Home sectors.

Skills:

Business Development, Account Management, Negotiation, Tender Management, Contract Management, Customer Relationship Management, SAP/CRM.
