Housekeepers are responsible for cleaning house, villas, appartements, camps and reporting any safety hazards to the supervisor / manager in charge.
Clean, sanitize and dry bathroom; Removes stains and smudges from windows, walls, mirrors, pictures, small appliances; Changes bed linen and bath linen)
Maintains all cleaning equipment in good working condition.
Keeping facilities and common areas clean and maintained.
Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.
Cleaning and stocking restrooms.
Cleaning up spills with appropriate equipment.
Notifying managers of necessary repairs or security issues
Collecting and disposing of trash.
Assisting guests when necessary.
Keeping the linen room stocked.
Properly cleaning upholstered furniture.
Deliver excellent customer service.
Check stocking levels of all consumables.
Comply with health and safety regulation and act in line with company policies and licensing laws.
Previous working experience as a Maid for 2 years
Attention to details.
Proficiency in English language
Ability to work independently and remain motivated.
Prioritisation and time management skills (ability to manage your time efficiently)
High school degree
Ability to lift at least 25 pounds / 12 kg
Handle basic maintenance and cleaning.
Ability to maintain a professional appearance.
