Sales Representative
Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to promote and sell our personal care and cosmetic products, across pharmacies and drug stores, while building strong client relationships and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients
- Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports
- Collaborate with internal teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or related field (preferred)
- 1–3 years of sales experience (cosmetics and pharmaceutical sales preferred)
- UAE driving license is required
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with UAE retail/pharmacy market is an advantage
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED3,000.00 per month
