Sales Process Management:
Plan, initiate, and execute the sales process for customers visiting the showroom or during sales calls to help achieve sales targets.
Customer Interaction (Walk-in):
Welcome and assist showroom visitors, ensuring a professional and inviting environment that supports automotive sales.
Engage with customers to understand their needs, provide detailed product information, and offer expert guidance on service options.
Respond to inquiries about D Luxe services, vehicle maintenance, service checks, and applicable warranties.
Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport and assist customers with selecting the right service.
Suggest additional services that could enhance the customer’s vehicle (upselling).
Oversee pre-delivery inspections, ensuring vehicles are QC certified, and place D Luxe perfume & branding on cars before delivery.
Encourage customers to leave a review on Google Maps.
Ensure payment is processed by the cashier prior to vehicle release.
Reporting & Monitoring:
Track job progress at D Luxe, providing timely updates to the Operations Manager and customers where necessary.
Report daily sales figures, comparing actual performance to targets/budgets.
Make customers aware of available extras, accessories, and warranties.
Notify customers about delays or changes to requirements, ensuring smooth vehicle handover.
Provide advice on vehicle finance and insurance options.
Participate in seasonal campaigns and promotions to drive sales growth.
Maintain an updated customer database to support current and future sales efforts.
Demonstrate and present both new and used vehicles through test drives, dealership tours, and personalized consultations.
Meet or exceed pre-agreed sales targets and budgets.
Prepare and maintain call reports/logs, highlighting key details, and share with the Manager.
Keep in close contact with prospects, scheduling visits or calls as per their convenience.
Continuously update the customer database and prospect list, while staying informed about competitors in the market.
