Job Summary
The Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth through managing existing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets set by the company. This position serves as the primary contact point between the organization and its clients, showcasing a comprehensive range of products with professionalism and commercial acumen.
Client Relationship Management
• Maintain regular and proactive communication with existing clients to manage ongoing sales operations and identify emerging needs.
• Monitor client satisfaction levels, address any complaints promptly, and escalate issues through appropriate channels.
• Provide tailored consultations to clients, ensuring they are informed about products and solutions designed to meet their business objectives.
Business Development
• Seek out new clients and acquire them through direct communication, building relationships, and market research.
• Identify opportunities for additional sales and cross-selling within the existing client base to achieve targets.
Sales Operations and Coordination
• Coordinate closely with the sales operations team to ensure smooth processing of requests, tracking deliveries, and resolving issues.
• Support the collection process by tracking outstanding payments in coordination with sales and finance teams.
Market Insights and Reporting
• Analyze market trends, competitive activities, and pricing dynamics to inform the overall sales strategy.
• Prepare accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards to support decision-making processes.
