Role Description
We are looking for passionate and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Pets Delight. The candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent service, assisting pet owners with product recommendations, and ensuring that the store is well-presented and fully stocked.
Key Responsibilities:
· Greet and assist customers, providing product advice and recommendations.
· Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and promoting loyalty programs.
· Maintain store standards, stock shelves, and ensure product rotation.
· Operate the POS system and handle transactions accurately.
· Support inventory control and participate in stock counts.
· Educate customers on pet care, nutrition, and new products.
Requirements:
· 2-4 years of retail/sales experience (Pet industry experience is mandatory).
· Passion for pets and willingness to learn about pet care.
· Strong communication and customer service skills.
· Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
