We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Retail Sales Representative to join our retail team. Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in bath treats, bath & body products, cosmetics, skincare, fragrances, or similar retail categories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Explain product features, fragrances, benefits, and usage.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Perform cross-selling and upselling to increase basket value.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure shelves are fully stocked.
- Support product sampling and demonstrations when required.
- Handle POS transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards of the shop/kiosk.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the supervisor.
- Support promotions, offers, and seasonal campaigns.
- Follow company procedures, attendance requirements, and retail operating standards.
- Provide regular sales updates and complete assigned reports.
Salary: AED 2,350 per month
Candidates with relevant bath treats or bath & body retail experience will be given priority.
