Sales Representative – Pharma Sales
We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in pharmaceutical sales and a passion for building lasting client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to pharmacies, and healthcare professionals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacists, and key decision-makers
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct product presentations and provide accurate product information
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
- Prepare regular sales reports and maintain accurate records of client visits
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales
- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to meet sales targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related field preferred
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
