Job Title – Sales Representative

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Regularly visit existing clients and present the latest children’s clothing models associated with the company.
  • Continuously search for new suppliers and clothing models for children to collaborate with the company and increase product distribution.
  • Present product samples and catalogs to clients, explaining specifications, measurements, prices, and available offers.
  • Monitor client needs and accept purchase requests, ensuring accurate registration.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and distributors while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Track sales activity within the market and gather information about competitors, prices, and new models.
  • Ensure product presentation within the suppliers is appropriate, reflecting the company’s image and brand identity.
  • Collect payments and outstanding invoices from clients according to company policy.
  • Participate in exhibitions or commercial activities related to clothing as needed.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
  • Expand the client network and increase the number of sales points and distributors.
  • Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure their satisfaction and continued engagement.
  • Submit regular reports to management on:
  • Daily visits.
  • Sales volume.
  • New clients.
  • Market status and competitors.
  • Client feedback and needs.

Daily and Weekly Reporting:

  • Data on the suppliers visited.
  • Confirmed requests.
  • Potential new clients.
  • Existing market challenges or issues.
  • Suggestions for improving sales.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience in the sales of clothing or children’s apparel.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to research and attract new clients.
  • Skill in preparing reports and daily follow-ups.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel and conduct field visits regularly.

Work System:

  • Full-time, 5 days a week, 8 hours daily.
  • Fieldwork within markets and suppliers.
  • Adherence to the daily visit schedule set by management.

Salary and Benefits:

From 6000 to 8000 EGP monthly

Commission on sales

Daily transportation allowance paid weekly

Commission: 1.5% upon achieving the target, 2.5% upon achieving double the target from sales volume

Each new client has a special bonus based on the sales volume.
