Job Summary:
To manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention, while driving sales growth for the organization through effective collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders, thereby contributing to the overall success and profitability of the company.
Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in a similar industry (Cargo Transportation, Clearances, and Logistics).
Experience in preparing presentations and demonstrations for clients.
Ability to communicate professionally.
Market research background.
Basic computer skills including MS Office.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
