Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Sales Representative to promote our recruitment and HR services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new clients, building strong business relationships, and contributing to the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and referrals.
- Promote recruitment and staffing services to prospective clients.
- Understand client hiring requirements and offer suitable recruitment solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Prepare proposals and assist in negotiating service agreements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure successful service delivery.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
- Experience in a recruitment agency, staffing firm, HR consultancy, or B2B services is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to generate leads and close sales opportunities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.
