Target Market (Our Clients)
As a Sales Representative, you will deal with two main types of clients:
1. Existing Businesses (Operation & Expansion)
- Block and concrete factories
- Construction companies
- Ready mixed concrete plants
2. New Investors (Project Setup)
- Investors planning to establish new blocks or concrete factories
- Entrepreneurs entering the industrial sector
- Entities seeking complete production line solutions
Your role goes beyond selling products — you will help clients choose the right solutions to build or develop their industrial projects
Job Objective
Drive sales growth by:
- Acquiring new clients (factories and new projects)
- Building long-term relationships with existing clients
- Providing tailored industrial solutions based on client needs
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with potential clients (field visits, calls, WhatsApp)
- Understand client needs and analyze their projects (new setup or expansion)
- Present suitable solutions from the company’s product range
- Explain technical specifications in a clear and professional manner
- Prepare quotations in coordination with management
- Follow up with clients until deal closure
- Maintain strong relationships with clients after sales
- Coordinate with the marketing team to manage leads
- Update client data in CRM system
- Representing the company in exhibitions and industry events
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Nature of Work
- Combination of field and office work
- Frequent visits to factories and project sites
- Direct interaction with investors and decision makers
- Handling high-value industrial deals
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand industrial products (training will be provided)
- Professional attitude in dealing with clients
- Ability to build long-term relationships
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
- Proficiency in WhatsApp, email, and CRM systems
- Valid driving license is required
- Previous experience in industrial or construction sales is a plus
