Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach new customers across the UAE.
- Visit customers personally to introduce the company’s products and services.
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Prepare quotations and follow up until orders are secured.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Expand the company’s customer base in industrial, construction, maintenance, hardware, manufacturing, and oil & gas sectors.
- Coordinate with the office to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous experience in field sales, business development, or industrial trading within the UAE.
- Candidates with experience in hardware shops, industrial supplies, building materials, maintenance products, fasteners, tools, pumps, valves, bearings, safety items, or spare parts are highly preferred.
- Must already have an existing customer network and be capable of generating sales immediately.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Valid UAE Driving Licence is highly preferred.
- Must currently be available inside the UAE.
