What You'll Be Doing
As a Residential Sales Property Consultant, you'll guide buyers and sellers through one of life's biggest decisions while building your own personal brand and client network.
Your responsibilities will include:
– Assisting buyers in finding the right property to suit their lifestyle or investment goals.
– Building and maintaining relationships with homeowners, investors and prospective buyers.
– Conducting property viewings and providing expert market advice.
– Generating new business through networking, referrals and prospecting.
– Negotiating offers and managing transactions through to completion.
– Staying up to date with Dubai's property market, pricing and community trends.
– Delivering an exceptional client experience from first enquiry through to handover.
