Mandatory details/Skills-

Assist customers in selecting suitable home appliances based on their needs, preferences, and budget.
Promote and sell products such as refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, microwaves, ovens, dishwashers, and small kitchen appliances.
Explain product features, specifications, benefits, warranties, and after-sales services to customers.
Achieve assigned monthly and daily sales targets and maximize revenue.
Demonstrate products and highlight key features, energy efficiency, technology, and product advantages.
Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on new launches, promotions, and competitor products.
Handle customer queries, objections, and provide appropriate product recommendations.
Maintain attractive product displays and ensure proper pricing and promotional signage.
Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the inventory/store team for replenishment.
Process sales transactions and ensure accurate documentation and billing.
Build and maintain good customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases and referrals.
Follow up with customers regarding deliveries, installations, warranties, and other after-sales requirements.
Track competitor pricing, promotions, and market trends and share relevant feedback with the management.
Ensure the sales area is clean, organized, and aligned with company standards.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update management on sales performance and customer feedback.
