Sales Promoter Jobs in Dubai at Innomobi General Trading L.L.C
Configure, customize, and manage Zoho applications, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, Zoho Analytics, and Zoho One.
Develop and automate workflows, reports, and dashboards to enhance business efficiency.
Integrate Zoho apps with third-party tools (e.g., Zapier, API integrations, webhooks).
Troubleshoot issues, provide technical support, and optimize system performance.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional Zoho solutions.
Implement security and compliance best practices within Zoho applications.
Train and support end-users on Zoho tools and best practices.
Stay up to date with Zoho updates, new features, and industry trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in Zoho CRM administration, customization, and automation.
Strong knowledge of Zoho applications, including Zoho Creator (Deluge Scripting), Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, Zoho Projects, and Zoho Analytics.
Experience in API integration and third-party tool integration with Zoho.
Proficiency in Deluge scripting for workflow automation.
Understanding of CRM processes, sales automation, and business process optimization.
Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and SQL is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and project management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Zoho Certified Specialist or relevant certification.
Experience in ERP, Accounting, or Business Intelligence tools.
Previous experience in process automation and digital transformation.
